The team at RAF Odiham are laying down the gauntlet and are challenging us all to take part in the Chinook Challenge – a 5 week fitness plan in which you can pick your difficulty: Basic, Intermediate or Advanced. Each difficulty level comes with its own distance target:
Basic = 75km
Intermediate = 112.5km
Advanced = 150km
This challenge is open to both serving personnel at RAF Odiham and us, the public. The team at Odiham will be required to complete 3 runs/walks/cycles a week;
3 x 5km for Basic
3 x 7.5km for Intermediate
3 x 10km for Advanced
You can follow this plan or complete the distance as you choose, within the 5 week timeframe – it’s entirely up to you!
So pick your level and get moving!
