We are all unique runners one way or another, but to get into this school you need to be gifted. This doesn’t mean you have to be the fastest or the longest… it means you need to have a special running power. Mine is that I can eat huge quantities of food the moment I stop running. Literally seconds after, be it cereal, sandwiches or cake. What is yours? Can you hold the exact same pace for your entire run like a metronome? Are you able to get lost on every single run? Do you manage to injure yourself every time you go out? Can you plan any run so it finishes at a pub? Do you always forget to restart your watch after pausing it? (Another talent of mine). Are you an expert at downhill running but not up?
We’d love to know what make you a gifted runner. Enrol in the X-Race and you’re enrolled in Xavier’s school for Gifted Runners! What’s more, the X-Race medal has a spinny middle bit – what more reason do you need to sign up!
P.S. did you know the moto of Xavier’s School is: “Mutatis Mutandis” (changing only those things which need to be changed).
