Have you ever wanted to climb Mount Everest? Reach 8,848m above sea level, the highest point on Earth, at an altitude where humans are not designed to survive and where aeroplanes cruise? That sounds very dangerous (and expensive) to us, plus we really don’t like the success or mortality rates of those who try…
But we have a solution – a new challenge… Can you climb the equivalent of Mount Everest? Seek out those hills or climb your stairs at home and if you can clock up an impressive 8,848m of elevation gain, this medal can be yours!
For this challenge you will need to use a running app or system which tracks elevation e.g. Strava, Garmin Connect, Run Keeper etc or keep a tracker of your stair climbs
