Ever wanted to know what it feels like to stand on the top step of the podium, big gold medal round your neck, National Anthem blaring out with tears of happiness streaming down your cheeks? Well now you can! Assuming you set up a podium, play your National Anthem and make yourself cry, we will provide the big gold medal! All you have to do is run or walk 5km whilst supporting Sparks, the children’s medical research charity.

This epic double sided medal is inspired by the games in Rio and would rival any gold medal seen hanging from the necks of our sporting heroes… So get out there, hum “Chariots of Fire” to yourself as you run, imagine dipping for the line, a small Brazilian child handing you a big bunch of flowers, the big screen showing your face as you realise you have won, smashing your PB whilst simultaneously setting a new World Record… Your medal ceremony will come… once you have submitted your run details 😉
