Do you want to “Live long and prosper”? Then stay healthy by running or walking 5k in support of the RNLI.
The famous Vulcan blessing “Live Long and Prosper” could have been referring to many aspects of life on the Planet Vulcan, but we like to think that it referred to their largely unknown running sub-culture. Vulcans were known for living their lives by reason and logic with very little emotion, but you may not know that they also liked to run 5ks, every Saturday morning called “prosperrun”.
We are therefore pretty certain that the phrase “Live long and prosper” was an abbreviated version of the less well known Vulcan phrase “If you want to live long and prosper, stay healthy by running MyRace virtual races regularly.”
Did you know, the reply to “Live long and prosper” is “Peace and long life”?

Another great medal and as a Star Trek fan – as a child particularly of Spock – loved the Vulcan theme. Enjoyed ‘boldly going where no trainer had gone before’ (well, not mine at that point!). Great quality medal as usual and arrived really quickly. Live long and prosper!
